Decor411 is a marketplace where independent vendors list and ship products. Delivery times, shipping methods, and costs depend on the vendor and your location. This page explains how delivery works so you know what to expect when you order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Vendors choose how they ship orders. Typical options include:
• Standard shipping: Usually 5–10 business days within the continental US
• Express shipping: Often 2–4 business days (when offered)
• Same-day or next-day delivery: Available in select areas for eligible items
Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to carrier or weather.
Order Processing
After you place an order, the vendor prepares and ships your items. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships, along with tracking information when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are set by the vendor and may depend on:
• Package weight and dimensions
• Shipping method (standard, express, etc.)
• Delivery address (e.g., continental US vs. remote or international)

Delivery Areas

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address that you provided. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact support as soon as possible—we may be able to update it before the order ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when the vendor provides them). You can also view tracking in your account under “My Orders.” Use the tracking number to check status on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Attempts
Carriers typically make one or more delivery attempts. If no one is available, they may leave a notice or hold the package at a nearby location. It is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier if you miss a delivery. Unclaimed packages may be returned to the vendor, and refunds may be subject to restocking or return shipping fees.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
• Damaged: Take photos of the package and contents, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We or the vendor will work with you on a replacement or refund.
• Lost: If tracking shows no movement or delivery by the expected date, contact us. We will follow up with the carrier and vendor to resolve the issue.
Claims
Claims for lost or damaged items are handled in line with our Return & Replacement Policy. We may require proof of damage or non-delivery. Resolution may include replacement, refund, or partial refund depending on the situation.
International Delivery
For orders shipped outside the United States:
• Delivery times are often longer (e.g., 1–3 weeks or more).
• You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
• Some items cannot be shipped internationally due to size, regulations, or vendor policy.
International shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout when available. By ordering internationally, you agree to comply with your country’s import laws.
