Welcome to Decor411 (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Decor411 website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and vendors (sellers) on the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. To access certain features (orders, vendor dashboard, wishlist), you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and update your information as needed • Keep your password secure and accept responsibility for all activity under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use • One account per person or business; no shared or fake accounts

Decor411 is an online marketplace. We connect buyers with independent vendors who list and sell products. Unless we expressly state otherwise: • Vendors are responsible for their listings, product accuracy, pricing, shipping, and customer service for their orders • We do not take title to products; transactions are between buyer and vendor • We may facilitate payment collection, dispute resolution, and returns in accordance with our policies

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or permitted commercial use. You may not: • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our content or software • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content • Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights • Transmit viruses or malicious code • Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Platform without permission • Interfere with the proper operation of the Services

Product listings are created by vendors. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to: • Correct errors in pricing or product information • Remove or refuse listings that violate our policies • Limit quantities or refuse orders in our sole discretion • Change product availability and pricing without prior notice

When you place an order: • You are making an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we or the vendor confirm the order • We or the vendor may cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud prevention • Shipping times and costs are estimates; vendors are responsible for fulfillment unless otherwise stated • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (for buyer) or to the buyer (for vendor)

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy. By placing an order, you agree to that policy. In summary: • Eligibility, timeframes, and process are described in the Return & Replacement Policy • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit where applicable • Platform or vendor may require proof of purchase and condition for returns

All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, images, software, design) is owned by Decor411 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission. Vendor-supplied content remains their responsibility; by listing, vendors grant us a license to display and use it in connection with the Services.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECOR411 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Decor411 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these terms or any law; (c) your content or listings; or (d) any dispute between you and another user (buyer or vendor).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any dispute arising from these terms or the Services. For EU or other jurisdictions, mandatory consumer rights may apply.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
